Housed in the lavish former home of prominent Philadelphian Goldie Paley, the Design Center aims to make us all think about how design affects our everyday lives. The Center hosts events, programs and exhibitions, including Candy Depew's 'Housing Project," which utilizes the house and the university's vast textile collection. The Center also sponsors the annual Design Philadelphia celebration.
