Philadelphia Phirsts: Philadelphia Zoo

  • Aired: 02/23/2010
  • 04:30
  • Rating: NR
Philadelphia is the birthplace of the constitution, the cheesesteak, and the soft pretzel, but not many people realize that the City of Brotherly Love is home to America's first zoo. Our students took a visit to the Philadelphia Zoo to film the wildlife, and conduct interviews to find out about the extraordinary people who founded the zoo over 150 years ago.
