Episode: RESURRECT DEAD: A Philadelphia Mystery

Since the 1980's, someone has been putting tiles into the crosswalk of Philadelphia streets. These aren't tiles like you'd find in your bathroom - but rather they are a pliable linoleum with a rather distinctive message carved into them that references British historian Arnold Toynbee. Justin Duerr noticed them in the 90's, and told Jon Foy (a film-school dropout and housecleaner) about them.
