Underneath the 676 overpass on Sixth Street, just north of Franklin Square, you will find Mary Ann Smith. Mary Ann has been selling roses at this location for 14 years. Artist and filmmaker Marc Brodzik recently painted Mary Ann's portrait on her old rose sign. This web video focuses on the story behind that painting and the woman it portrays. Edited by John Shirk
