For more than 70 years, global security has been underwritten by the alliance between the U.S. and its European partners, but those bonds have frayed since President Trump took office. The tension was on display recently at the annual Munich Security Conference. Nick Schifrin talks to Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., and Rep.
