How both sides compromised on tentative border security deal

Clip: 02/12/2019 | 4m 26s

Lawmakers working to develop an agreement on border funding by February 15 say they have reached a bipartisan deal. Yamiche Alcindor explains what concessions each side made to arrive at a compromise.
