BBC journalist Carrie Gracie took her employer to task when she discovered that as their China Editor working in Beijing, she was earning half what her equivalent male colleagues were being paid. Her bold fight opened up conversations about women’s value in the workplace, and Gracie joins Christiane in London to discuss her personal story and how women in the workplace can stand up for equal pay.
