(pea-rexes growling) Join us as we follow the adventures of Ginger, a young tricarrotops, and her unlikely little friends, three baby pea-rexes, Wasabi, Split, and Minty, as they discover the many wonders that exist in this vast valley!

This is Ginger and the "Vegesaurs"!

(gentle music) (pea-rexes whispering and whimpering) (pea-rex giggling) (pea-rexes laughing) For young pea-rexes, play is crucial to their development.

Their appetite for it is insatiable.

(Ginger groans) In Vegesaur Valley, there is no rest for the playful.

(pea-rexes laughing) (pea-rexes yelping) (pea-rexes grunting and groaning) - (laughing) Oops, that was a little hard.

Are you okay?

(pea-rexes cheering happily) I guess nap time's over, then.

One at a time.

- Huh?

- Ready, set, blast off!

You're up, Wasabi.

(Wasabi chuckles) - Woo!

Wee-hee!

- Lucky last, Split!

- Yeah!

Whoa!

- [Narrator] The only thing that can stop a baby pea-rex from playing is eating.

- Yeah!

- Wee-hee!

(giggling) Wee!

- Woo!

- Mm!

(slurps) Yum!

(pea-rexes giggle and cheer) See if you can knock down more food!

(distant slurping) Whoa!

- [Narrator] It's a herd of strawberrisaurus.

- Okay, how many of those can you bounce between in one go?

- Mm?

- Yay!

- Woo-hoo!

- Yeah!

(pea-rexes cooing excitedly) - Hm.

Let's play with them!

- [Narrator] This majestic and rock-hard creature is a coconutdon!

(coconutdon groans softly) - [Pea-Rexes] Ooh!

- Let's try bouncing off them!

- Ya!

- [Narrator] An unusual phenomenon in the Vegesaur Valley is the skin of the Pineapplesaurus, which illuminates when struck.

- Ooh, let's see if we can light them all up at once!

- Yeah!

(pea-rexes giggle) (pea-rexes laughing and cheering) (upbeat orchestral music) (Ginger giggles) I think there's just one thing left to do now.

Let's see who can bounce off all of them at once!

- Whoa!

- [Narrator] It's an all-you-can-bounce.

(creatures softly groaning) (baby pea-rex babbling) - You want me to swat you that way?

- Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!

- Okay.

- Hm?

(adventurous orchestral music) - Wee!

Woo!

(coconutdon groans) Wee!

Yay, yay!

- Hm?

(baby pea-rex cheering) (bokchoydactyl squawks) - Yeah!

(baby pea-rexes laughing and cheering) - That was so much fun!

Huh?

(suspenseful orchestral sting) (creatures groaning) Maybe a little too much fun.

I'm sorry.

We didn't mean to disturb anyone.

(whispering) Come on, let's go!

- [Narrator] The vegesaurs aren't angry.

They'd just appreciate a bit of warning next time.

(gentle orchestral music) (exciting music) (Pea-Rex grunting) (curious music) - [Narrator] A small predator with mighty zeal, Pea-Rexes make up for their tiny size by hunting in large pods.

The pod is usually led by the nurturing and fiercely protective Mama Pea.

You wouldn't want to get on her bad side, (Mama Pea snarls) let me tell you.

(pod creaks and pops) (baby Pea-Rex grunts) Being the incredibly loyal creatures that they are, once a Pea-Rex finds their pod, they stick to it.

(baby Pea-Rexes groan) (whimsical music) - Hello!

(all chittering) - Mwah!

- [Narrator] Pea-Rexes are born hunters.

Their thin skin allows for ultra speed, flexibility and agility, (Minty grunting) and they can detect the tiniest of vibrations.

(Wasabi sniffing) Despite being no larger than a tennis ball, Pea-Rexes can eat up to four times their weight- (Wasabi grunting) (all cheering) And they have the appetite to match.

(Wasabi giggles) Hey!

- [Narrator] where a berry can become a ball and a grassy tundra, a field of dreams.

(Wasabi laughing) (playful music) - Wait for me!

(Ginger giggling) Woo!

- [Wasabi] Wee!

(Ginger laughing) - [Narrator] Young Broccolisaurus often play on their own, which isn't a lot of fun.

- Huh?

(Ginger and Pea-Rexes shout and laugh) (Ginger grunts) (air whistling) (playful music) (Ginger grunting) - Huh?

(ball boinks) (Pea-Rexes grunt) (ball trundling) - Huh?

Whoa!

- Well, there's still room for one more.

Kick it back, like this.

- [Narrator] Broccoliosaurus have a mighty tread, with this youngster weighing in at four tonnes.

(ball whizzing) - Mine!

(Pea-Rexes groan) (Ginger panting) (playful music) (air whistling) Oh!

(ball pattering) (Potatodon growls) (ominous music) Uh-oh.

- [Narrator] Potatodons are extremely territorial.

(Pea-Rexes chitter) (Ginger grunts bravely) - Hey, erm, mind kicking that back?

- [Narrator] Being instinctively possessive makes them keen followers of the finders keepers rule.

- Erm, it's just the round thing under your foot.

(Potatodon growls) Game on, huh?

(ground sizzles) Ooh.

- [Narrator] The volcanic terrain is so hot, it could fry a Bokchoydactyl egg.

- [Ginger] Ow, ow, ow!

- Ooh, ooh.

- Whoa!

Ah, ooh, ee, ah!

(Ginger groaning) (ball zips) Ow!

Ow!

Whoa!

(Potatodon growls) (ball whizzes) (air whistling) (slow-mo) Mine!

Whoa!

(Ginger boinks) (Ginger laughs) (ground sizzling) Ow, oh, ee, ah!

(Pea-Rexes gibbering) (Potatodon grunts) (Wasabi gasps) (Wasabi whimpers and groans) - Naturally high in salt, (Potatodon slurping wetly) Potatodons are always thirsty.

To make up for it, they produce an extremely thick and gluey saliva, which has turned this into one sticky berry.

(Split whimpers) (dramatic music) (ball slithering) (Split gasps) - [Ginger] Incoming!

(Ginger panting) (ball trundling rapidly) (perilous music) (Baby Broc gasps) (Baby Broc panting) (heroic music) - [Narrator] And so ends this round of play.

The ball's stuck between a Broc and a hard place.

(Potatodon growls) (Baby Broc exclaims) (casing cracks) - Huh?

(ball zips gently) (playful music) (Baby Broc grunting) (ball sizzling) - [All] Whoa!

- Yay!

(giggles) (all cheering) - You're amazing!

Huh?

(Potatodon grumbling) Hmm.

Aha!

- [Narrator] Using the Potatodon's sticky saliva, Ginger has not only made a ball for her opponents but some friends in the process.

- Now we both have something to play with.

(Potatodon growls gently) (all laughing) (bright music) (gentle orchestral music) (exciting music) - Let's sing a song together!

(Ginger giggles) (gentle music) - [Narrator] Right claw.
