Penn’s Landing holds centuries of history within its harbor, and was a hotspot for activity, prior to the construction of I-95 and Columbus Boulevard. In an attempt to rekindle activity along the Delaware River Waterfront, the Spruce Street Harbor Park was launched on June 27.
